Pilot Program

Introduction

GridLync’s pilot program is open to a small number of qualified renewable-energy operators. The program is designed for teams managing complex portfolios where manual lease workflows, scattered documents, and spreadsheet-based payment calculations create operational risk.

This pilot is intended to provide operators with a full end-to-end implementation of GridLync’s contract intelligence, payment automation, and land/lease management system at zero cost during the evaluation period.

Eligibility Requirements

To ensure the program is reserved for operators with meaningful operational needs, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • At least one active operational project (wind, solar, battery, hybrid, or transmission).

  • Company portfolio value of $100M+.

  • Portfolio must include land and lease obligations that are currently in operation or in late-stage development.

  • Not available for early-stage developers or pre-revenue project pipelines.

Qualified operators receive a full, enterprise-grade onboarding at no cost:

  • Full onboarding + data migration

  • Contract intelligence — contract terms pulled in automatically

  • Payment logic + automation — all lease payments calculated and tracked

  • Land + lease management — parcels, payees, documents, timelines

  • Operational dashboards for payments, phase tracking, and project health

  • Zero cost during the pilot

Program Structure

  • Duration: 3–5 months (typical)

  • Cost: $0 during pilot

  • Capacity: Limited availability (usually 2–3 operators at a time)

  • Outcome: Seamless go-live or offboarding after the pilot, depending on fit

GridLync is built for operators handling tens of thousands of acres, large contract libraries, multi-payee disbursements, and recurring payment cycles. Traditional lease-management systems fail in these environments — especially when infrastructure projects scale across multiple counties, states, and ownership structures.
