The deal is simple. You make one warm introduction. We handle the demo, the deal, and the onboarding. Your referral becomes a customer. You get paid.
What members get
- A 15% referral fee on every deal that closes.
- A $500 fee for referring another qualified member into the Network.
- Referrals flow both ways. When customers need consultants, landmen, or brokers, members get the call.

What we ask
One good introduction when the timing is right. That is the whole job. No quotas. No exclusivity. Your client stays yours.

You'll receive a confirmation email with your application details, and a decision by email once Gridlync has reviewed it. You can check your status at any time.
Program terms
Membership in the Gridlync Network is by application and is granted, declined, or revoked at Gridlync's discretion. Applying does not create membership, and Gridlync is not obligated to respond to or accept any application.
Referral fees are paid only on qualifying referrals that become paying Gridlync customers, under the fee terms provided to you upon acceptance. A referral qualifies only if the referred company is not already a Gridlync customer, in active conversations with Gridlync, or previously referred by another member at the time of submission. Where the same company is referred more than once, the earliest qualifying submission controls. A referral remains eligible for twelve months from submission; deals closing after that window do not accrue a fee. Gridlync's records determine whether a referral qualifies.
Fees become payable only after the referred customer has paid Gridlync. Members may not self-refer, refer a company they own or control, or split, rebate, or pass any part of a fee to employees or agents of the referred company. Members must disclose any interest they hold in a company they refer.
Member referrals follow the same standard. The member-referral fee (currently $500) is paid only if the referred person independently qualifies for and is accepted into the Network at Gridlync's discretion, and joins with at least one pre-existing qualifying referral of their own that becomes a paying Gridlync customer. No fee is owed for the introduction alone: recruiting without a qualifying deal attached pays nothing, member-referral fees do not chain or stack across members, and no fee accrues on deals a referred member brings after joining. Gridlync's records and judgment determine whether a referred member and their deal qualify.
Fabricated referrals, misrepresented relationships, unsolicited mass outreach in Gridlync's name, use of Gridlync trademarks or branding without written permission, and bidding on Gridlync-related search terms are each grounds for immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid fees.
Membership does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship. Members may not make commitments on Gridlync's behalf, negotiate on Gridlync's behalf, or represent themselves as Gridlync employees or agents.
By submitting a referral, you confirm you have the right to share the referred company's and contact's information and that doing so breaches no obligation you owe to them or anyone else, including any confidentiality or non-solicitation obligation.
Anything shared with members under early access is confidential until Gridlync makes it public. Members must comply with all applicable laws in connection with the program, including anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, and are responsible for their own taxes on any fees received.
Member benefits, including early access, market insight, and member pricing, are provided as available, may change, have no cash value, and are not transferable. Gridlync may update these terms or modify or discontinue the program at any time; continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance. Accrued fees on qualifying referrals that have already closed and paid remain payable.
